Context help is enabled by default. The help data are stored in a separate file "contexthelp.xml" that is located in the PERCEPTA subfolder of ACD/Percepta installation root folder, and is automatically copied to the user’s Application Data directory on startup. If you wish to deactivate the context help system, you should manually delete this file from both locations, and restart the program. Under Windows 7 or newer OS, the correct path to the AppData folder would typically look as follows:
